We will provide an initial response acknowledging your complaint within 3 working days.
We will provide a full response within 30 working days from the date of your complaint.
We take complaints seriously and as such your complaint will be fully investigated by a Company Director. A Company Director will respond to your complaint with a final response.
Should your complaint relate to Telecoms and you are not satisfied with our final response you will receive a Deadlock letter. As part of the Deadlock letter you will also receive our investigation report including any/all test reports that we have conducted.
Once you receive your Deadlock Letter and our investigation report you are within your rights to contact the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution). You are more than welcome to disclose our investigation report to the ADR. We are a member of ADR Scheme who can be contacted on (to be confirmed). This is a free service that is independant of ourselves.
